Sudheer Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station- Gursarai, District- Jhansi, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garautha, District- Jhansi, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
