INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to consider the case of the petitioner for the scheme of One Time Settlement (OTS) of the dues with the respondent-Bank. 2. Heard Sri. Saravana S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Sri. V.B. Ravishankar, learned counsel - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50715 WP NO.3570 OF 2020 appearing for the respondents 2 and 3; and Smt. Sunitha Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in this writ petition in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of BIJNOR URBAN CO-OPERATIVE BANK LIMITED, BIJNOR AND OTHERS vs. MEENAL AGARWAL AND OTHERS reported in AIR 2022 SC 56. 4. However, at this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed memo dated 03rd December, 2025, seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner as and when the cause of action arises. 5. The said memo is taken on record and accepted. 6.
