On 09.12.2024, an FIR was lodged alleging that on that day at about 7.30 PM, two persons, namely, Jinar Basumatary and Detsung Basumatary had assaulted Deepak Basumatary, as a result of which he sustained severe injuries. 4. The case diary reveals that those two persons and also the present petitioner had assaulted Deepak Basumatary. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. This Court is of the opinion that since there are some incriminating materials against the present petitioner, he does not deserve to be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
