By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024 at Police Station-Gopiganj, District-Bhadohi under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act. The applicant is in jail since 21.06.2025. The applicant has been enlarged on bail by order dated 12.09.2024 in the same offence under Sections 310(2), 117(3), 109(1) and 111 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32917 of 2024 (Govind Patel vs. State of U.P.). 1. This is a bail application in added section i.e. Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act. 2. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case only to burnish the credentials of the police investigators. 3. The applicant has been enlarged on bail in a solitary case depicted in the gang chart. 4. He is not a member of any criminal gang. 5. The applicant does not have any criminal history apart from this case. 6. The applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail in this case as well on the same grounds as in the bail order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32917 of 2024 (Govind Patel vs. State of U.P.). Let the applicant- Govind Patel @ Jangali be granted bail in the aforesaid case crime number under the same conditions.
