This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This I.A. has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioner seeking modification of order dated 24.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 24.09.2025, it was mentioned that in the event the Petitioner is having more than one similar criminal antecedent, the order dated 24.09.2025 shall not be given effect to. He further submitted that after the verification, it was known that the Petitioner is having three similar criminal antecedents in addition to the present one, therefore, the Petitioner could not release on bail. Therefore, it was submitted that the order dated 24.09.2025 be modified. 4. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand objected to the modification of the order dated 24.09.2025. She further Page 2 of 2. submitted that the Petitioner is a habitual offender and having more than three similar criminal antecedents. Accordingly, learned counsel for the State opposed the move for a new modification of order dated 24.09.2025. 5. Considering the submission, the order dated 24.09.2025 stands modified to the extent that in the event it is found that the Petitioner is having more than three similar criminal antecedents other than the present one, then this order shall not be given effect to. 6.
