Aslam, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, has submitted that the revisionist wants to withdraw this criminal revision therefore, this criminal revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. He further submits that the revisionist shall appear before the court concerned and shall apply for bail and this Court may provide that his bail application may be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is provided that if the revisionist appears before the court concerned and files an application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law, keeping in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
