Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 23.05.2025 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. His statement is taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for petitioner has, however, submitted that the petitioner is a lady and she is made to appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing at short intervals which affects her other domestic assignments. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the learned trial court seeking exemption from her personal appearance. If and when such an application is made by the petitioner before the learned trial court, the same shall be considered the same in accordance with law having due regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and it may not be necessary to insist upon her appearance on each and every date of hearing.
