ORDER 23.05.2025 1. The petitioner claiming to be the worker of a political party has filed this petition for directing the respondents to assess threat perception to the petitioner and accordingly provide adequate security to him. 2. The petitioner further claims to have approached the respondents through the medium of representation. Copy whereof has been placed on record along with the postal receipts. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within some stipulated period. 4. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by Ms. Maha Majid. Accordingly the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. 5. Needless to say that the entire exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date copy of this order be made available to them. 6. Disposed of.
