Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Vipin Bihari Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:- "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 Secretary, Basic Shiksha Board, Prayagraj to decide the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 within stipulated period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in accordance with law." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to respondent no.2, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Board, Prayagraj to decide the appeal dated 14.02.2025 filed by the petitioner, within a stipulated period of time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Board, Prayagraj to decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
