Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only modification petitioner wants that till the Trial Court decides the suit, status quo, qua the land in question, may be directed to be maintained. 4. This Court is not inclined to modify the order. In view of finding returned in para 11 of the judgment sought to be modified, where it is mentioned that petitioner has sold her entire share in certain khasra numbers to other persons, her prayer for modification is rejected.
