Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for a direction upon the respondent authorities to pay the remuneration of the petitioner to a total sum of Rs.3,24,464/- for performing the job of verifying the enrollment/registration of 81,116 numbers of UID cards in Dhanbad Municipal area from 04.09.2012 to 24.04.2013.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has successfully done his job as directed by the respondents, but in spite of several representations, the payment has not been made by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that the representation is very old, but several representations were made till filing of the writ application, however, nothing has been done and the legitimate dues of the petitioner has not been paid to him.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since the matter is of 2015 and the representation date as indicated in the writ petition is also more than 10 years old; as such, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the 2nd respondent so that his claim may be decided in accordance with law.

Having heard learned counsels for the parties and looking to the prayer made in this writ application and the facts stated hereinabove, interest of justice would be sufficed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent as soon as possible; accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby
disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation with regard to the claim made in this writ application before the 2nd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The moment the 2nd respondent will receive the representation along with relevant documents, he will verify the record of the case with the documents supplied by the petitioner and take a decision in the matter within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

It goes without saying that all admitted dues shall be

Accordingly, the instant writ application stands
disposed of. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
