Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) On 16th September, 2025, the following order was passed: “The son of the petitioner, who represents the petitioner Darshana Kwatra has proposed to vacate the premises within four months from today, provided the respondent/land lady gives her agrees to give up her right to claim the arrears of rent or use and occupation charges. Mr. R. K. Gautam, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, from his client has accepted the offer. In view of this development, a prayer has been made jointly by both the parties to grant them a day’s time to file appropriate application.” 2 2. Today, Mr. Pawanish Kawatra son and special attorney of petitioner has appeared in the Court along with Mr.V.S. Chauhan, learned Senior Counsel. He has made a statement on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the instant petition further and has prayed for withdrawal of the petition.
