The present writ petition under article 227 of the constitution of India has been filed seeking the following relief: "(i) Call for the record of the court below and set aside the impugned order datted 29.05.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 146 of 2024 (Arjun Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another) under Section 145(3) of B.N.S.S., to the extent of condition imposed of payment 20% amount of total amount of fine before the court concern within two month, the appellant/accused granted bail." The counsel for the petitioner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the order dated 29.05.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 146 of 2024 (Arjun Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another). In case, petitioner deposits 20% of the total amount within a period of two weeks, he may be released immediately after furnishing of the bail bonds.
