The present Company Application has been filed seeking appropriate directions to the Official Liquidator to consider and verify the claim of the applicant through the Chartered Accountant and thereafter to make payment of the amount adjudicated in accordance with law. 2. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the learned advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator has placed on record the report dated 13th November 2025. It is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 14th June 2024, the claim of the applicant was forwarded to the C/COMA/25/2024 ORDER DATED: 21/11/2025 Chartered Accountants, M/s. Amal Datt & Associates, for verification. 3. It is further submitted that the Chartered Accountants have submitted the claim verification report dated 11th November 2025, wherein the total dues of the applicant – Shri Sanjaykumar R. Bhatt – have been assessed at Rs. 2,89,588/- under Sections 529 and 529A of the Companies Act, 1956. 4. Learned advocate Mr. Aakash Modi, appearing on behalf of the applicant, submits that the applicant has no objection to the verification report submitted by the Chartered Accountant and that the same is accepted by him. It is further submitted that the applicant may be permitted to file a fresh claim under Section 530 of the Companies Act, 1956, as such claim of the applicant has not been verified by the Chartered Accountant. 5. In view of the above, and considering that the applicant has accepted the verification report, the Official Liquidator is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 2,89,588/- to the applicant – Shri Sanjaykumar R. Bhatt, ex-worker C/COMA/25/2024 ORDER DATED: 21/11/2025 of the company (in liquidation), within a period of two weeks from today, upon verification of the bank details and other necessary documents, through NEFT/RTGS mode. 6. It is clarified that the applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh claim under Section 530 of the Companies Act, 1956, if so advised. 7.
