The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the
order as contained in memo no. 25 dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure- 7 to the writ petition) issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ghatsila (the respondent no. 4) whereby the private respondents have been permitted to harvest paddy crops on the disputed land appertaining to plot nos. 753 & 910, Khata No. 122, Village- Maurabandhi measuring an area of 2.95 acres, during pendency of title suit being O.S. No. 07 of 2023.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that title suit being O.S. No. 07 of 2023 filed by the petitioners against the private respondents seeking declaration of

right, title and interest over the land in question is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ghatshila, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioners are, however, at liberty to pursue the said suit and pray for injunction.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
