Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure Report/Final Report was submitted, as evidence collected during investigation was not found sufficient to proceed against the petitioner. He thus, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also do not dispute the said submission. 5.
