Today, 10.09.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police filed a counter affidavit, stating that the petitioner is not the accused in the above said crime number and there are two cases pending against the petitioner in 1) T4 PS Cr.No.491/2025 under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, and 2) R10 MGR Nagar PS Cr.No.106/2024 under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act. 3.
