No. 34/3, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, Eluru District, as violative of Article-14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, thereby direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, to consider the Petitioners representations dated 30-12-2024 and 08-02-2025 made to the Respondent No’s. 1 to 6 as expeditiously as possible and dispose the same after due enquiry and investigation, in aceordance with the procedure established by law, in the interest of justice.

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 4099 of 2025
ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:
“pleased to pass orders, to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the in-action of the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 in considering the Petitioners representations dated 30.12.2024, and 08.02.2025 pertaining to protecting their valuable property rights in the property covered by an extent of 142.5 Sq. yards including the mangalore tiled house and shed structure therein, covered by Plot No. 13, situated in R.S. No.34/3, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, Eluru District, as violative of Article-14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, thereby direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 6, to consider the Petitioners representations dated 30.12.2024 and 08.02.2025 made to the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 as expeditiously as possible and dispose the same after due enquiry and investigation, in accordance with the procedure established by law, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders
2. After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his argument and requested this Court to direct the respondents to examine the representations made by the
petitioner dated 13.12.2024 and 08.02.2025, without going into the merits and legal niceties of the case.
3. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the representations dated 13.12.2024 and 08.202.2025 and pass appropriate orders and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
