In the earlier order dated 07.08.2025, it was recorded that private notice was served on the second respondent on 15.07.2025. In spite of doing so, the second respondent continues to remain unrepresented. The second respondent had opposed the application filed by the writ petitioner in Trade Mark Application No.1928924. Consequently, the proposed respondent is a necessary party in this writ petition. Hence, this petition is allowed by directing that the proposed respondent be impleaded as the second respondent in W.P.(IPD)/18/2025. The consequential amendments in the writ petition shall be carried out on or before 09.09.2025. The petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties. 2.
