Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated: 25.02.2025 furnished by the Joint Sub-Registrar, Uravakonda, Anantapuramu District (Respondent No.7) along with the Notice dated 22.02.2025 issued by the District Registrar, Sri Satya Sai District to various persons including the Joint Sub-Registrar, Anantapuramu Rural and the Joint Sub Registrar, Bukkapatnam. The same is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3 3. The Proceedings of the District Registrar, dated 22.02.2025 would indicate that the enquiry has been initiated in compliance with the Order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 23.09.2024 (Ex.P1). 4. Having taken note of the fact that the Official Respondents have also issued Notice to the concerned parties for the purpose of enquiry, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit with a direction to the Official Respondents to conclude the Enquiry and submit a Report to the Competent Authority within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from today. 5. Needless to state that the Writ Petitioner shall also be given an opportunity to participate in the enquiry for the purpose of leading evidence (oral or documentary), for which, advance notice shall be issued to the Writ Petitioner by the Official Respondents. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
