The petitioner has also raised this issue by issuing a legal notice dated 21.11.2024 to the respondent-authorities; however, the said issue remains undecided by the respondent- authorities. 3. Considering that the issue can be decided by the respondent-authorities, we direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the issue raised in the legal notice dated 21.11.2024 within 10 weeks from today. 4.
