The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition :- " i.Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus dire ting the respondent Nos. 6 & 7 to pay the due amount of Rs.6,80,358/- for construction of CC road and drainage etc. in the village panchayat- Harvanshpur Dharanm, Block- Kotwali, District Bijnor done by the firm of the petitioner. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation/application dated 20.05.2025 of the petitioner (Annexure No.8)." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have duly executed the contract, and the said fact is also recorded in the measurement book. However, despite repeated representations payment is not being made. The only prayer which is press before this Court is for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 20.05.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 20.05.2025 by a speaking order within twelve weeks' from the date of communication of the instant order, alongwith photo copy of the representation.
