petitioner's application is pending consideration, same would be considered in accordance with law.
5. Heard learned counsel for parties and perused writ petition record.
6. Since only relief sought in writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing respondent to consider petitioner's application by asserting that application at Annexure-A is pending, it is found appropriate to dispose of writ petition by directing respondent to consider petitioner's application for change of vehicle filed under Section 83 of MV Act as per Annexure-A within period of three weeks from date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. Needless to state that respondent would be required to inform result of consideration to petitioner.
