Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64751 of 2022. 3. Trial Court report reveals that out of eight charge- sheet witnesses four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. The case is currently running for prosecution evidence. 4. Considering the progress of trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. 5. However, petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2021, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as Patna High Court CR. MISC.
