Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for following relief: "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mirzapur to decide the Original Suit No.566 of 2016 (Shivram Singh and others Versus Smt. Geeta Devi and others) expeditiously within time bound period without granting unnecessary adjournment as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, falling which petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2016. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that written statement has been filed and thereafter several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mirzapur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
