This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Paresh Boro, son of Late Mahindra Boro, resident of Village-Ronakuchi, P.S. Tihu, District-Nalbari, seeking bail in Barama P.S. Case No. 14/2025 registered under Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012, wherein he was arrested on 05.02.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instructions submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in the said Barama P.S. Case No. 14/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 10/2025 dated 11.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Barama P.S.
