JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition stating that in view of the oral submission advanced by the respondent-State stating that the petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement will be duly considered, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to submit a fresh representation regarding the claim to the Competent Authority. It is further prayed that, if the Competent Authority fail to consider the representation or reject the claim for medical reimbursement, the petitioner be granted the liberty to approach this Court again by filing a fresh petition or seeking the revival of the present petition. 2.
