Sri Jai Prakash Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant appears and submits that the present application has been moved by the informant on being aggrieved by order dated 09.06.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.4 Baghpat, whereby the application moved by the applicant under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 2. The application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. reveals that PW-1, the applicant and PW-2-Dheeraj have been examined in the court but due to inadvertence the identification of the accused could not be ascertained in dock examination. The accused are of the same village and hence are identifiable. 3. Sri Rakesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 and learned AGA for the State are present. 4.
