Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions received from his client submits that though the application u/s 528 BNSS has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the charge sheet no. 423 dated 26.06.1999, cognizance/summoning order dated 14.03.2000 as well as entire proceeding of case no. 196 of 2006 (State Vs. Safdar Husain and others) Under Sections 406, 506, 420 IPC and Section 138 Ν.Ι. Act, arising out of case crime no. 150 of 1999, Police Station- Uttar, District- Firozabad, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad however, he confines his relief only to the extent of enlargement of bail before the court below. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land keeping in view the judgment in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
