COAPP No.5 of 2025 On previous date there was no representation on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. Today, despite reflection of names of Advocates, who had put in appearance on behalf of these respondents, no one has come forward to contest the application. This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 50 days in filing the appeal. Reply(ies) to the application have not been filed on behalf of appearing respondents. However, prayer made in the application has been opposed by learned counsel for the appearing respondents on the ground that day-to- day delay as required to be explained under law, has not been explained. Taking into consideration averments made in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, delay of 50 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
