ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“....to issue a writ or order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents more particularly the respondents 2, 4 to 6, 8 and 9 in not considered the petitioners representation / application submitted on 18.12.2024 along with the bunch of documents to run Haleem Centre in the name and style of M/s. Z and S Bashi Haleem Cenrtre at Amma Nayanamma Street, Panza Centre, Behind Mohammad Alipuram High School, Vijayawadafor Ramzan period during 28.02.2025 to 31.03.2025 or till the Moon appears asillegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India as well as contrary to the Law and unconstitutional, in the interest ofJustice and pass ”
2. The petitioner herein has been running, business in the name and style of ‘M/s Z&S Bashi Haleem for the past 15 years by supplying haleem during the period of Ramzan. In order to run the said business for the upcoming Ramzan, the petitioner has submitted an application to the respondent Nos.2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 by submitting all the relevant documents and requesting to permit him to run the said business during the period 28.02.2025 to 31.03.2025. But, till date, the respondent authorities have not considered the petitioner’s application to run haleem centre in the name and style of M/s. Z&S Bashi Haleem Centre at Amma Nayanamma Street, Panza Centre, Vijayawada for the period 28.02.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4. th Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 4
3 respondent dated 17.02.2025 through which the petitioner and others accorded no objection certificate for erection of Haleem stall on the eve of Ramadan Festival near Panja centre, one town, Vijayawada from 01.03.2025 to 01.04.2025. Further, the 4*^ respondent has directed the Revenue Officer, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and the Revenue Inspector-1 (Estates) inspect the stalls and to give daily report to the 4*^ respondent.
In view of the fact that the petitioner was accorded no objection certificate for erecting haleem stall in pursuance of the application made by him on 18.12.2024, this Court feels it appropriate that no further cause survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order were to
