Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the concerned respondents without following due process of law not to interfere in the peaceful possession of shop/house situated in Khasra No.1113 in relation to the order passed by the Court below on dated 01.10.2024 in Case No.1138 of 2019 (Kushum Devi and others Vs. Vikash and others) and further be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to restrain the Respondent No.4 and 5 not to disturb the business of the petitioner shop/ house in Arazi No.1113." 2. Sri Qaisar Kamal Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions does not press the writ petition and reserves liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail appropriate relief from the civil court. 3.
