Sri.Saravana P., counsel for the respondent appeared in person. 2. The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the notice at Annexure K dated 20.04.2022. 3. The counsel for the petitioner and respondent urged several contentions. 4. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with utmost care. 5. Suffice it to note that an order under Section 14B of EPF Act, 1952 (for short 'the Act') was passed on 18.03.2022 and the order under Section 7Q of the Act was also passed on 18.03.2022. 6. Sri. Saravana P., counsel for the respondent on instruction submits that as against 14B and 7Q order, the petitioner has already filed an statutory appeal in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50141 WP No. 11246 of 2022 No.33/2022 and 34/2022 respectively. Counsel therefore, submits that the writ petition may be dismissed. 7. As the petitioner has already availed the statutory remedy of filing an appeal, nothing survives for consideration. Hence, I decline to exercise power under writ jurisdiction. 8. It is needless to say that the petitioner may urge all his contentions and grievances in the pending appeal. 9.
