JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioner seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of her appeal under Section 45-A[3] of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957. The petitioner who has filed the afore appeal calling in question the Order dated 28.07.2014, and this order calls upon the petitioner to pay deficit stamp duty as also registration fee. Sri Raghavendra K, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Navya Shekhar, a learned Additional Government Advocate, who is called upon to accept notice for the respondents, are heard for final disposal. The dispute about the payment of stamp duty is pending over a decade and this Court is of the view that writ must be issued to the respondents for expeditious disposal by a reasoned order but with due opportunity to the petitioner.
