Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents Police Authority not to adopt coercive measure and harass the petitioners pursuant to the NCR No.06 of 2025 under Sections 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Commissionerate Agar, till the pendency of the present writ petition or the disposal of the claim pending before the respondent no.2." 2. Upon a pointed question being asked as to under which provision, the petitioners wanted the Commissioner to decide the representation, learned counsel for the petitioners could not give any satisfactory reply. 3. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. 4. The writ petition is hereby dismissed.
