1. Heard learned advocate for the applicants. Though served, none appears for the respondents.
2. This application is 6led under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 422 days caused in 6ling the captioned appeal on the ground of administrative approval and other administrative reasons.
3. Learned advocate for the applicants states that claimant shall not claim the interest for the delayed period.
4. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the averments made in this application, it appears that su9cient cause is made out to condone the delay
C/CA/4671/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/11/2025 and in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of N. Balakrishnan vs. N. Krishnamurthy, reported in AIR 1998 3222, therefore, the delay of 422 days as explained by the learned advocate for the applicant is considered. The application is accordingly allowed.
