Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sri Narendra Nath Hazarika father of Smti Swagata Hazarika and Sri Debasish Hazarika, resident of Subash Colony, Ajanta Neog Path, Police Station-Golaghat, District- Golaghat has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, praying for his pre- arrest bail in Nagaon Police Station Case No. 26/2025 registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/340(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has been shielding his daughter who has taken money from the informant’s son and his son who has been deeply involved in these fraudulent activities. 5. I have scrutinized the case-diary. The co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted interim bail vide order dated 06.03.2025. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and he has co-operated with the investigation. His statement has also been recorded. He has not violated any bail conditions. 6.
