When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, the respondents filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3137 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, and obtained an order interim stay. 3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
