(C) To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to command the Respondent No.3 to allow the petitioner to complete her five years of period in running catering stall G.M.U. No.3 at Saharasa Railway Station up to 26.02.2026 from the date of execution of agreement dated 26.02.2021." 2.
