Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits the report dated 10.08.2025 regarding whereabouts of the petitioner-Jaipal. 2. As per the report dated 10.08.2025 the petitioner-Jaipal has expired on 03.09.2014. The death certificate of the petitioner has been annexed with the report. The death certificate along with the report is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner is not in a position to dispute the factum of death of the accused-petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that the accused-petitioner has expired, this criminal miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed being abated. 5.
