The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 341/2024 arising out of Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 105/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. 3. On 14.04.2024 between 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. noon, brother of the informant namely Sunny Kumar Yadav @ Sunny Yadav was shot dead. Suspicion was raised against this petitioner and co-accused Sunil Thakur that they might have shot the deceased. 4. It was submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that while rejecting bail petition of the petitioner, the learned Trial Court has observed that the petitioner has confessed his guilt. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
