The Complainant has tendered an affidavit of compromise between the parties, which is taken on record. The original Complainant, Anilkumar Shantilal Rana, has also remained present. 2. Upon perusal of the affidavit filed by the original Complainant, it transpires that the parties have settled the dispute and the Complainant has received the full and final cheque amount. He has no objection if the complaint is quashed and set aside. It is also stated that he has accepted the settlement and has voluntarily entered into the compromise. 3. In view of the above, the accused is acquitted from all R/CR.RA/2259/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/11/2025 the charges, and the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the Ld. Principle District and Sessions Judge, Anand in Criminal Appeal No. 444 of 2025, confirming the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by the Ld.
