Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the distance between Hagaribommanahalli and Gadag is more than 100 km and the petitioner is residing separately from the respondent and therefore, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein.
