Both the parties submitted that they have settled their disputes and after resolving their disputes they have filed a Compromise Application. 5. As per compromise, the respondent nos.1 to 3/claimants are entitled to receive the deposited amount i.e. 2 Rs.4,75,000/-(Rupees Four Lakh Seventy Five Thousand), which is deposited before the Tribunal and Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), deposited before the Registry of this Court. The Insurance Company shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.66,000/-(Rupees Sixty Six Thousand) before the Tribunal within thirty days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. 6. Both the parties submitted that they have filed the said compromise application with their free will and without any pressure. 7. Both the parties have requested to decide the present appeal on the basis of the compromise. 8. Compromise is verified. 9.
