After hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record available on record, this Court finds that the petitioner has not approached the appropriate authorities for necessary relief. It is the Executive Authorities who has to take a decision as to whether the complaint of the petitioner is just and appropriate. Therefore, until and unless that stage is crossed, this Court doesn't find it expedient to entertain this petition.
