This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a order or direction in the Nature of Interim direction or commanding to the Principal family court Ghaziabad to expeditiously decide the Divorce Petition No. 1059 of 2022 (Manmohan Singh Vs Kiran Singh Gahlot) under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated period prescribed in law or as this Hon,ble court deemed fit and proper for the sake of Justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel drawn the attention of the Court towards page no. 55 of the writ petition and submitted that earlier also a petition bearing Matters Under Article 227 No. 2062 of 2024 (Manmohan Singh v. State of U.P. and another) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 14.03.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
