Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents concerned not to harass/threaten the Petitioner and further restrain them from interfering in the peaceful land of khasra no.620 mi and also decide the representation dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure No.2). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents concerned to protect the patta land of the Petitioner in accordance with law." 2. For the same cause of action, the petitioner has filed civil suit (Original Suit No.180 of 2022) against the State of U.P., Gram Sabha and Survey Lekhpal seeking permanent injunction restraining them from interfering in the possession of the petitioner over the suit property. The said suit is pending. 3. In para 6 of the writ petition, it is alleged that the State-respondents are permitting 'someone else' to take possession of the property of the petitioner. The name of the person concerned has not been disclosed. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to examine the issue in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 5. As civil suit is already pending, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in the said suit against all concerned. 6. Disposed of accordingly. (Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra, J.)
