The petitioner has challenged order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Budgam whereby the learned Sessions Judge has, entertained the revision petition against the proceedings dated 29.02.2024, 18.03.2024 and 15.04.2024 recorded by the learned JMIC (Sub Judge) Chadoora and thereafter stayed the proceedings before the trial court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the revision petition itself is not maintainable because the orders impugned in the revision petition are interlocutory in nature. Having regard to the fact that the revision petition has not been decided finally by the learned Revisional court, it would be appropriate to direct the said court to consider the revision petition finally most expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Revisional court to decide the revision petition filed by the respondent against order passed by the learned trial Magistrate most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the said court. The learned Sessions Judge shall also deal with the objection of the petitioner herein with regard to the maintainability of the revision petition.
