Ms. Tanya Rai, AC to Mr. Srijit Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance as raised in the present writ petition has already been redressed. Hence, the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Mr. Arbind Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-CCL has no objection to the said prayer.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
