JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 19-09-2025 The instant application has been filed on behalf of petitioner – Ravi Chaurasiya, for modification of the order dated 27.02.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62225 of 2024 to the extent that the period of surrender may be extended. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from multiple illnesses and has been undergoing treatment at Gurunanak Hospital (A Research Centre) in Ranchi, Jharkhand. To support this claim, medical documents and reports pertaining to the petitioner have also been submitted. 3. In view of the aforementioned facts and taking into account the petitioner’s serious health condition, the present Cr. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68758 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 Misc. No. 68758 of 2025 is hereby allowed. 4. Petitioner is directed to furnish bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya/Court concerned in connection with Muffasil P.S.
